Transfer to Logos

Transfer-In

Transfer to Logos

The United States and Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) allows F-1 non-immigrant students to transfer between SEVIS-approved schools of higher education.

If you plan to transfer to Logos Evangelical Seminary before or after the completion of your program of study (or practical training), your SEVIS record needs to be electronically transferred by the DSO at your current school to Logos Evangelical Seminary before you may begin your studies.

To begin the transfer process, you need to:
– Be admitted to a program of study at Logos Evangelical Seminary.
– Download the Transfer-In Form, complete the student section and have the DSO at your current school complete Section B and return it to International Students Office.
– Complete the I-20 application form and submit an affidavit of support to International Students Office.

Transfer-Out

Transfer Out of Logos

If you are currently an international student studying at Logos, and you plan on transferring to another school, please fill out the attached form: Transfer Out Form

Submit the completed form and a copy of your admission letter to the International Students Office. Once we have received your application, we will update your SEVIS record, thereby giving the new school access to your record.

You may apply for multiple schools at the same time, but your SEVIS record ultimately can only be transferred to one school. Once your SEVIS record is transferred out, we will no be able to retrieve it back. Should you need any further assistance, you will need to contact the new school.
