2011 D.Min. Program Winter Semester´s Registration:
International student (including Canadian residents/citizens) must obtain a SEVIS Form I-20 from the International Students Office of LES prior to applying for F-1 visa in their home country and prior to entering the United States. Student must begin the I-20 application process when you register for your classes. To obtain a form I-20, please submit the completed I-20 Application Form, a copy of your registration form, and affidavit of support to the International Students Office, attention: Becky Perng (Tel: 626-571-5110 ext.112). For dormitory and scholarship applications, student must complete an official application form (our seminary does not accept verbal application). Registration Procedures: 1. Student can only register for up to 3 courses per semester. To register for more than 3 courses, student must file for a petition for approval from the Academic Office prior to registering the classes.

(All late registration charges do not apply to courses outside of main campus, and to all newly enrolled students.)
3. If the Academic Office did not receive your grades for the previous winter semester´s courses before 6/30/2010, you would be held from registering for the upcoming winter semester courses unless you have already filed for late homework assignments petitions and obtained your professor's approval.
4. For mail-in registration: Please enclose the following items in your mail: Completed student enrollment form (page 1 of enrollment agreement) Student´s signature (page 1 of enrollment agreement) Check or credit card information (page 3 of enrollment agreement) Mailing Address: 9358 Telstar Ave., El Monte, CA 91731, U.S.A. 5. Tuition fees: D. Min. program-$316.00/unit; $316 x 3units=$948/course (for first-time enrolled student, there is an admission fee: $50.00 for local residents; and $75.00 for overseas residents.)
6. Tuition fee payment due date: upon registration or before 10/31/2010. For payment issues, please contact the Accounting Dept. at (626) 571-5110 ext.129.
