General Description:

The Advancement Specialist of Chicago Campus is an individual who is passionate about theological education, a self-starter to advance Logos Chicago Campus’s ministries and student recruitment. This position reports directly to Director of Chicago Campus with dotted line to Director of Advancement, Logos L.A. campus.

This is an outreach position with off campus work requirements. However, he/she is expected to work on Campus one day a week to review/discuss/plan ministries with other coworkers.

Work Hours Allocation:
20-30 hours/week Part-time
Duties/Responsibilities:
include but not are limited to the following:
  1. Actively recruit degree program students (target: 20/year)
  2. Actively promote the seminary and its Logos Training Institute (LTI) programs
  3. Establish and maintain good relationship with pastors/churches in the Midwest Region of the US.
  4. Execute other initiatives directed by Chicago Campus and/or L.A. campus
  5. Connect with Chicago campus students and alumni through caring for recruitment purpose.
Qualifications:
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Adhere to Logos’ Statement of Faith.
  • Education: BA degree or above
  • Experience: recruiting experience, and church relationship building experience.
  • Preferred: A graduate of Logos Evangelical Seminary
