都柏林华人浸信会(Dublin Baptist Chinese Church, 简称 DBCC) 位于美国俄亥俄州都柏林市 Dublin, Ohio, 是因着上帝的恩典和主耶稣的宝血,在圣灵的带领下建立的传播圣经真理、活出基督生命、传递耶稣大爱的华人基督教会。
2018年1月5日, 哥城华人基督教会(Columbus Chinese Christian Church)西区植堂事工借用都柏林市 Indian Run United Methodist Church,开始了周五晚上的西区福音植堂聚会。
2018年2月25日,就读于美国西南浸信会神学院的李海龙弟兄, 在都柏林浸信会(Dublin Baptist Church) 成立了中文查经班。同年8月李海龙弟兄完成了道学硕士学位, 于11月25日被都柏林浸信会按立为牧师, 并于2019年1月6日开始了主日崇拜和周间小组。
2019年12月8日, 哥城华人基督教会, 与都柏林浸信会的牧者及同工们, 因着神的带领, 领受了同一异象, 开始了联合植堂
2021年1月1日都柏林华人浸信会正式注册, 并于3月7日举行了教会成立感恩崇拜, 并按立吴陈琴、赵璟、赵长城三位执事,
次年增添按立胡志伟执事。
​2022年12月31日, 主带领李海龙牧师和师母搬至德州, 辞去牧职, 并协助教会成立寻牧委员会, 寻求神的带领与预备一位合神心意的新牧者。
2024年8月7日,教会聘请李迦勒牧师为第二任牧师, 开始牧养与带领教会。

Next Generation Ministry Director or Minister

Dublin Baptist Chinese Church (DBCC) in Dublin, Ohio, is seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to serve as our Next Generation Director/Minister. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the spiritual lives of our children and youth within a vibrant and growing church community. This position can be structured as either full-time or part-time with the potential to transition to full-time.
- Develop and implement a comprehensive ministry strategy for children and youth (Next Generation).
- Create engaging and age-appropriate programs that foster spiritual growth and discipleship.
- Recruit, train, and mentor volunteer leaders including youth leaders.
- Provide teaching and counseling to youth and children.
- Communicate effectively with parents and families.
- Foster a welcoming and inclusive environment for all.
- Lead youth short-term mission trips in US and oversea.

- Must affirm and align with the Baptist Faith and Message 2000 of the Southern Baptist Convention (https://bfm.sbc.net/bfm2000).
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree of next generation ministry or theology from an evangelical seminary (or equivalent theological training) or currently pursuing such a degree.
- A clear calling and commitment to next generation ministry.
- Gifts for teaching and youth/children counseling.
- A passion for youth and children's discipleship and care.
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience in next generation ministry.
- Understanding of Asian culture is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
