Buffalo Chinese Christian Church is an independent, non-denominational evangelical church with two congregations, a Mandarin-Chinese speaking congregation and an English-speaking congregation as well as a growing Cantonese speaking fellowship. Though we have two separate congregations with separate Sunday worships, we strive to be one church as one precious family in God’s love. We serve the greater Buffalo area and are located in a suburb to the north of the city close to the University at Buffalo. Our church is multi-generational with 1st and 2nd generation immigrant families, professionals, students, youth, and children. Though we are a small church of 100-130 people, we are blessed with two full-time pastors, with our Senior Pastor serving for 29 years and associate English pastor serving for 13 years at the church.

水牛城華人基督教會是一間獨立、非宗派的福音派教會，設有兩個主要會眾：一個以華語為主的會眾與一個以英語為主的會眾，並有一個正在成長中的粵語團契。雖然我們在主日敬拜時分開聚會，但我們努力成為一間合一的教會，在神寶貴的愛中的大家庭。我們服事大水牛城地區，教會位於城市北部郊區，靠近水牛城大學。教會成員跨越多個世代，包括第一代與第二代移民家庭、專業人士、學生、青年與兒童。雖然我們是一間約 100–130 人的小型教會，卻蒙神賜福擁有兩位全職牧者——主任牧師在本教會牧會 29 年，英文事工副牧師也已牧會 13 年。

Full-time

This is a full-time pastoral position to serve alongside our Senior Pastor and Associate Pastor, ministering primarily to the Mandarin-Chinese speaking congregation of our church
Expository preaching primarily in the Mandarin-Chinese speaking worship service
Conduct prayer meetings
Participation in ministry and leadership meetings including pastoral staff meetings
Leading various Chinese speaking ministries
Participate with the staff pastoral team for member care, discipleship, evangelism, and church events.
Fulfill other responsibilities as ministry needs arise

Completed M.Div from an accredited seminary
Obedience to God’s calling in their life
Vibrant personal faith
Identifies with the evangelical doctrinal beliefs and the statement of faith of BCCC
Spiritual maturity: demonstrate the godly character of an overseer and elder (1 Tim 3:1-7 and Titus 1:6-9)
Understanding of Chinese and Chinese-American culture
Fluency in Mandarin Chinese and able to communicate in English. Ability to communicate in Cantonese would be a plus
