凯旋门基督徒之家(TRIUMPHANT CHURCH HOME OF CHRISTIANS)成立于1989年，是位于美国南加天普市(Temple City)的华人教会，我们蒙上帝的呼召建立教会，传扬耶稣基督的福音，努力大使命的任务。

青少年事工传道

Part-time

主要職責
1. 青少年聚會與活動

主責規劃、籌備與帶領青少年聚會、受浸、禱告會及特別活動。
具體安排：每月兩次青少年活動，其餘兩週安排探訪與關懷。

2. 青少年領袖培育

主責青少年領袖的培訓與帶領。

3. 門訓與關懷

關懷、陪伴青少年，建立屬靈關係。
協助跟進新朋友，陪伴青少年在信仰上的成長。

4. 團隊配搭

與其他青少年同工、志工配搭服事。
配合教會整體異象，並能具體落實在青少年的牧養中。
出席教會主日崇拜。

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Youth Gatherings & Activities

Responsible for planning, preparing, and leading youth gatherings, baptism services, prayer meetings, and special events.
Specifically: two youth events per month, and in the other two weeks, visits and pastoral care.

2. Youth Leadership Development

Responsible for training and mentoring youth leaders.

3. Discipleship & Care

Care for and accompany youths, building spiritual relationships.
Assist in following up with newcomers and guiding youths in their spiritual growth.

4. Team Collaboration

Serve in collaboration with other youth co-workers and volunteers.
Align with the overall vision of the church and implement it in youth ministry.
Attend Sunday worship services regularly.

具備帶領青少年聚會、教導與門訓的能力。
有培訓或帶領同工／小組的經驗更佳。

有愛心、耐心，善於與青少年建立關係。
願意團隊配搭，順服教會異象與牧者帶領。

4. 時間與承諾

每週可投入約 16–20 小時事奉時間。
能參與週末聚會及平日關懷探訪。

5. 神學生實習

歡迎神學生申請實習，本事工可提供實務牧養與教會服事訓練。
實習內容可根據神學院要求與教會實際需要調整。
在牧者督導下參與青少年事工各項服事與學習。

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
1. Spiritual Life

A born-again Christian with a mature faith and a consistent devotional life.
A burden and calling for youth ministry.

2. Ministry Skills

Able to lead youth gatherings, teach, and disciple others.
Experience in training or leading co-workers or small groups is preferred.

3. Interpersonal & Attitude

Loving, patient, and able to build relationships with youths.
Willing to serve in teamwork and submit to the church vision and pastoral leadership.

4. Availability & Commitment

Able to commit approximately 16–20 hours per week for ministry.
Available for weekend gatherings and weekday visits/care.

5. Seminary Internship

Seminary students are welcome to apply for internship; this ministry provides practical pastoral and church ministry training.
Internship content can be adjusted according to seminary requirements and church ministry needs.
Interns will participate in youth ministry under pastoral supervision for training and ministry exposure.
