Full-time

Ministry Responsibilities
1. Provide sound biblical preaching and teaching with a passion for God through pastoral, spiritual, and administrative leadership of the youth ministry.
2. Participate in Sunday worship services and coordinate youth ministry programs and activities throughout the week, on Sundays, and during school breaks, including Bible studies, small groups, fellowship gatherings, outings, outreach events, special events, and other ministry activities.
3. Participate in weekly pastoral staff meetings.
4. Lead youth to share Christ’s love and the gospel with the surrounding communities.
5. Plan, lead, and organize short-term mission trips for youth.

事工職責
1. 在青少年事工的牧養、屬靈與行政領導等方面，提供充满对上帝热情的、以聖經為基礎的講道與教導。
2. 參與主日崇拜，組織並督導週間、主日及假期的青少年活動，包括聖經學習、小組團契、郊遊、外展、特會及其他事工活動。
3. 參加每週教牧同工會議。
4. 帶領青少年向周遭社區分享基督的愛與福音。
5. 計畫、領導並組織青少年的短期宣教行程。

Qualifications
1. Hold a Master’s degree in Christian Studies or an equivalent or higher theological degree, or be currently enrolled in an accredited seminary or English-language theological institution.
2. At least one year of ministry experience in youth ministry, English-speaking ministry, or education-related ministry.
3. Demonstrates English–Chinese bilingual proficiency, with English as the primary working language; must be fluent in both written and spoken English and able to communicate, teach, and shepherd effectively in Mandarin Chinese.
4. A demonstrated desire to make disciples and develop leaders within the community.
5. Strong organizational, leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
6. U.S. citizenship or valid legal residency status.

資格條件
1. 具備基督教研究碩士學位，或同等或更高之神學相關學位；或目前就讀於經認可、以英語授課之神學院或神學教育機構。
2. 至少一年青少年事工、英語事工或教育相關事工的服事經驗。
3. 具備中、英雙語能力，以英語為主要工作語言；英文書寫與口語流利，同時能以流利華語進行溝通、教導或牧養。
4. 有心志培養門徒並建立青少年領袖。
5. 具備良好的組織能力、領導能力、人際關係與溝通技巧。
6. 具備美國公民身份或合法居留身份。
