New Life Gospel Church is a Christ- centered, discipleship focused Evangelical Formosan Church. It is committed to making disciples, strengthening families, and reaching out our local community and far way countries with the love of Jesus Christ. We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Children/ family (C/F) Pastor to lead and develop ministries that nurture children and quip their families to grow in their faith.

Full-time

(1) Develop and implement a comprehensive vision for CM and connected FM
(2) Plan and oversee weekly children’s program, Sunday School, VBS curriculum in consultation with CM leadership tea
(3) Recruit, train, mentor, and support ministry teams
(4) Collaborate with pastoral team to support overall vision of NLGC
(5) Assist Elder Ken Tung in leading English family ministry
(6) Partner with parents to strengthen Family alter with the home
1. 制定並推動兒童事工及英語家庭事工的整體異象與發展策略。
2. 規劃、協調並督導每週兒童聚會、主日學、暑期聖經學校（VBS）及各項兒童活動，並與兒童事工團隊共同配搭執行。
3. 招募、培訓、裝備、關懷並支持兒童事工義工及教師團隊。
4. 與教牧同工及教會領袖配搭，同心推動教會整體異象與使命。
5. 協助董欣憲長老（Elder Ken Tung）帶領及發展英語家庭事工。
6. 與家長建立夥伴關係，協助家庭建立以基督為中心的家庭祭壇與家庭門徒訓練生活。
確保所有兒童事工均在安全、有秩序及符合教會兒童保護政策的環境下進行。

(a) Agreement with the church’s statement of faith and mission
(b) A Vibrant and growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ
(c) Possess leadership, organization, and communication skills
(d) Commitment to teamwork and servant leadership with humility
(e) A degree in M. Div. in a recognized evangelical seminary
(f) Ability to communicate in English and Mandarin
(g) Experience in Children’s , family, or pastoral ministry

a. 認同新生命台福基督教會的信仰告白、異象與使命。
b. 擁有清楚的得救見證，並與主耶穌基督保持成熟且持續成長的屬靈生命。
c. 畢業於認可之福音派神學院，並取得道學碩士（Master of Divinity，M.Div.）或同等學歷。
d. 具備兒童事工、家庭事工、牧會或相關服事經驗者佳。
e. 具備良好的領導、組織、溝通及人際關係能力。
f. 具有謙卑、僕人式領導的生命品格，樂於團隊合作。
g. 能以英文及中文（普通話）流利溝通；能使用台語者尤佳。
