New Life Gospel Church was founded in October 2006 and is an independent, non-denominational church. It currently has two locations: the North Campus in Lewisville and the Southwest Campus in Trophy Club.
Our congregation includes members from mainland China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, and Southeast Asia. No matter what stage of life you are in, you will find a fellowship group that suits you, and within the family of Christ, we love one another, worship, grow, serve, and glorify God together.
We actively engage the local Chinese community, bringing the Gospel into our neighborhood, while also participating in cross-cultural missions to share Christ’s love beyond borders.

本教會誠聘一位中文部助理牧師或傳道，與主任牧師及教牧團隊同心配搭，共同推動中文部的牧養與事工發展。此職位主要負責發展年輕人事工，鞏固並拓展現有職青團契，牧養年輕家庭，並參與門徒訓練、探訪關懷及教會整體牧養工作。
主要職責
1. 推動職青與年輕家庭事工，穩固並擴展現有職青及年輕家庭小組。
2. 牧養年輕職場人士與年輕家庭，關心其在信仰、婚姻、家庭及教會生活上的成長與需要。
3. 參與門徒訓練、初信栽培、關懷探訪、講道、教導及崇拜服事。
4. 與主任牧師、教牧同工、長執及事工負責人保持良好配搭，同心服事。

Our church is seeking a dedicated Assistant Pastor or Minister for the Chinese Ministry to serve alongside the Senior Pastor and the pastoral team in shepherding the Chinese congregation and advancing ministry initiatives. This role will focus primarily on developing young adult ministry, strengthening and expanding the existing young adult fellowship, caring for young families, and participating in discipleship, visitation, and pastoral care.
Primary Responsibilities
1. Develop and sustain ministry among young adults and young families, including strengthening and expanding the current young adult and young family small groups.
2. Shepherd young professionals and young families, providing care and support in their faith, marriage, family life, and church involvement.
3. Participate in discipleship training, new believer nurturing, visitation, preaching, teaching, and worship ministries.
4. Collaborate closely with the Senior Pastor, pastoral staff, elders, and ministry leaders in a spirit of unity and teamwork.

1. 清楚重生得救，具成熟的屬靈生命與明確的牧養呼召。
2. 認同福音派信仰立場，持守聖經權威。
3. 具福音派神學院道學碩士或同等神學訓練背景。
4. 具團契、小組、門訓或福音事工經驗，有教會牧養經驗者優先。
5. 熟悉北美華人教會文化者優先。
6. 能以中文講道、教導及牧養，並具備基本英語溝通能力。
7. 具團隊精神，樂於在主任牧師帶領下配搭服事。

1. A clear testimony of salvation, mature spiritual character, and a genuine pastoral calling.
2. Commitment to evangelical faith and the authority of Scripture.
3. At least a Master of Divinity degree or equivalent theological training from an evangelical seminary.
4. Experience in fellowship, small groups, discipleship, or evangelistic ministry; prior pastoral experience is preferred.
5. Familiarity with North American Chinese church culture is an advantage.
6. Ability to preach, teach, and shepherd in Chinese, with functional English communication skills.
7. A team player, willing to serve wholeheartedly under the leadership of the Senior Pastor.
