If you cancel your dormitory reservation or did not notify us of any change of arrival information, we reserve the right to forfeit your Reservation Deposit.
To ensure ample processing time for your Dormitory application, you must submit this completed form together with your non-refundable reservation deposit at least one month before your arrival date.
Due to the limited space in the Dormitory, we will try to accommodate your needs but we cannot guarantee room availability. It is a first-come-first-serve basis.
Please reconfirm your arrival information with the Dorm Management Team at least one month prior to your arrival in order to facilitate the check-in procedures with you at the dormitory. He/She can be contacted at 626-571-5110 ext 156 or email him/her at dormitory@les.edu
For those who are scheduled to stay for more than 30 days, a separate long-term lease and deposit will be required. For more information of our Dormitory, please visit our website.
