Evangelical Formosan Church of Chicago (EFCC) is a multi-generational church where most members were from Taiwan. The main languages are Taiwanese, Mandarin, and English. Our church emphasizes gospel-centered preaching, evangelism to the community, and discipleship through the study of God’s Word. The Young Adult Ministry (YAM) Director will be responsible for shepherding and leading YAM to grow steadily.

Young Adult Ministry Director (Part-Time) 青年事工兼職主任

Part-time

1. Weekly preaching gospel-centered sermons at YAM Service.
2. Providing spiritual guidance and ensuring all teachings and activities are biblically sound.
3. Providing care and coordinating with YAM co-workers for meetings/events.
4. Offering counseling, visitations, support in times of need.
5. Following church’s spiritual direction and long-term planning.

1. 每週主日在青年崇拜宣講以福音為中心的信息。
2. 提供屬靈上的指導並確保所有的教導和活動都符合聖經。
3. 提供關懷及協調青年同工舉辦的會議和活動。
4. 在青年家庭有需要時，提供諮詢、探訪和支持。
5. 支持教會的屬靈方向和長期規劃。

1. A graduate with Master of Divinity or equivalent is preferred. Currently pursuing these degrees are also acceptable.
2. Experience in cross-cultural ministry or Asian-American ministry is preferred.
3. Preach in English or Mandarin fluently. Can communicate in English and Mandarin.
4. Have a heart for evangelism and caring. The spouse will participate in this ministry.
5. Commit to continuous YAM growth.

1. 最好是擁有道學碩士或同等學歷的畢業生，目前正在攻讀這些學位的也可以。
2. 有跨文化事工或亞裔事工經驗者優先。
3. 能用英語或華語流利講道，能以英語及華語與會友交談。
4. 有傳福音和關懷的心，配偶也願意一同參與這項事工。
5. 展現對青年事工持續成長的承諾。
