Faith Chinese Alliance Church (FCAC) held its first official service on May 11, 1986, at Cleveland Elementary School in Oakland, CA, on Mother’s Day. Answering the Christian & Missionary Alliance (C&MA) call to church planting, FCAC was established during a time when many Southeast Asian refugees arrived in the Bay Area, feeling like "sheep without a shepherd." God placed a burden on Rev. Philip Loh and his team to meet their spiritual needs. At FCAC, we believe in the transformative power of Jesus Christ to change lives and impact our community, with the ultimate goal of reaching the world. We are a mission-driven, welcoming community committed to growing in faith, deepening our relationship with God, and sharing Christ's love.
