Full-time

A. Shepherd, oversee, and teach the congregation with empathy and wisdom in accordance with scripture.
B. Oversee and develop the small group ministries and christian education programs to provide discipleships to brothers and sisters.
C. Identify and train leaders to build a leadership team for the ministry.
D. Maintain good communication and working relationship with the deacon board, co-workers, and congregants in coordinating, overseeing, and providing guidance for the ministries and activities of MHCCC.
E. Provide pastoral care as required through counseling and visitation.
F. Plan and encourage activities to promote the development of the church and engagement with the local community.

1. An MDiv or higher degree from an accredited seminary in North America with 5+ years of experience working in a multicultural church in the United States.
2. Exhibit strong Christian character that demonstrates a close relationship with God through personal devotion, worship, and prayer life.
3. Be legal to work in the US (Permanent Residency, or a US Citizen)
4. Structured, expository sermons based on scripture with applications for daily living
5. Be fluent in Mandarin or English with a preference for bilingual in Mandarin and English.
