RCAC is a multi-generational, multi-lingual church in Riverside County (Jurupa Valley), California. Riverside County is located in Southern California; 1 hour from the beach, 1 hour from the mountains, and 1 hour from the desert. Our modest church has been serving the Riverside area for over 30 years. Historically, RCAC has served our God by sharing the His gospel to the Chinese population around the Riverside area. Today, RCAC continues to serve God by preaching and ministering to multi-generational, bilingual families through regular Sunday Services, community events, prayer groups, and women’s ministries.

At Riverside Christian Alliance Church (RCAC), our mission “is to glorify God as a Christ-centered family by loving God and others, proclaiming the Good News, cultivating faithful living through teaching God’s Word, and reaching the lost in our local and global communities.” Through a recent Congregational Self-Study Survey, our local church family has indicated a desire to call a pastor whose priority is on preparing church ministries though preaching and teaching, leading church worship, providing leadership and counsel to the church and community. RCAC’s pastoral call desires to have a pastor who has a deep knowledge of the Bible and is able to preach through scripture; whose sermons emphasize life applications. RCAC’s call also desires a pastor who values Youth Camps and Retreats, and regular church retreats.

Important activities of a Pastor are:
1. To be prepared for preaching and teaching
2. To prepare for and lead church worship
3. To provide Leadership when Church Discipline is needed
4. To plan a balance of worship, teaching, and fellowship for the Church
5. To provide administrative leadership of Governing Board
6. To conduct Weddings, Baptisms, Baby Dedications, and Funerals
7. To counsel
8. To deal with People who might cause division

2. Should have deep Knowledge of the Bible
3. Should be able to Converse in English
4. Sermons should Emphasize Life Applications
5. Should communicate well with the Youth
6. Should Communicate well with the Elderly
7. Should be able to Converse in Mandarin Chinese
8. Should be Bilingual
