The Twin City Chinese Christian Church (T4C) seeks to be the center of evangelism and discipleship for the Chinese community in the Minneapolis-St. Paul metro area. To best accomplish this vision, T4C seeks a Cantonese Pastor/Minister to join the ministry team. Currently, T4C serves about 500 worshipers with Mandarin, Cantonese and English congregations.

Full-time Cantonese Pastor/Minister

Full-time

1. Lead overall Cantonese ministry, including:
● Preaching and teaching
● Prayer
● Evangelism
● Fellowship
● Leadership training
● Planning and Organizing
● Caring
2. Participate / share in church-wide leadership
3. Provide mutual support for other congregations in the church
4. Discipleship and equipping members for ministry

1. Calling to full-time pastoral ministry in a local church setting
2. Godly character as stated in I Peter 5:1-4 and I Timothy 3:1-7
3. Firm biblical beliefs, especially its implications for church ministry and Christian life
4. Master of Divinity degree (or higher) from an accredited seminary compatible with T4C in faith and biblical doctrine
5. Ability to bring God’s Word into today’s setting through effective teaching and expository
preaching
6. Ability to preach, teach and communicate fluently in Cantonese; and to communicate in English with other staff members (Mandarin is a plus)
7. Ministry experience in a Chinese Christian church in North America preferable
