Professor in Practical Theology
職務說明Job Description:
A full-time faculty position in Practical theology, with a primary focus on teaching Master and DMin level courses and support to MAFM and DMin program. The successful candidate will join a dynamic faculty committed to excellence in theological education and scholarly inquiry.
職責Responsibilities:
- Teach graduate-level courses in practical theology, including but not limited to both core and elective courses in pastoral ministry, family and marriage, practical theology.
- Provide academic advisement and mentorship to students enrolled in DMin program, guiding them in their scholarly pursuits and research projects
- Develop and revise course syllabi, assignments, and assessments to ensure alignment with program objectives and standards of academic excellence.
- Contribute to the ongoing development and enhancement of the DMin program curriculum, in collaboration with the faculty and administration.
資格Qualifications:
- A doctoral degree (Minimum DMin) in practical theology/pastoral ministry or a related field from an accredited institution.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching at the DMin level, with a strong commitment ato academic rigor and student engagement. Master-level courses will also be assigned.
- A proven record of five or more ministry experience, preferably in North America.
- Evangelical faith; endorsement of the Faith Statement of EFC
