職務說明Job Description:

The Thriving Congregations Center Assistant provides administrative, program, communication, and logistical support for the programs and activities of the Thriving Congregations Center. The position works closely with the TCC Program Director to support courses, retreats, workshops, church partnerships, grant administration, program evaluation, and resource development.

職責Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the TCC Program Director.
  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, correspondence, records, and program documents.
  • Assist with TCC courses, workshops, retreats, conferences, and special events.
  • Manage participant registration, attendance, communication, and follow-up.
  • Communicate with instructors, pastors, churches, participants, vendors, and ministry partners.
  • Assist with newsletters, website updates, promotional materials, and bilingual communications.
  • Maintain program data, surveys, evaluations, and participant records.
  • Assist with expense tracking, invoices, reimbursements, honoraria, and grant documentation.
  • Support the preparation of internal reports, grant reports, and program summaries.
  • Organize and distribute training materials and ministry resources.
  • Attend occasional evening or weekend programs and events.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by the TCC Program Director.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent relevant education and experience.
  • At least two years of experience in administration, church ministry, nonprofit work, education, event coordination, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Zoom, and online communication platforms.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and accurate records.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must support the Seminary’s Statement of Faith, mission, and values. https://www.les.edu/about-logos-zh/overview-zh/statment-of-faith-zh/ • Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Chinese, including Mandarin.
  • Familiarity with Chinese churches and ministry communities in North America.
  • Experience with program coordination, communication, data collection, or financial documentation.
