孫偉中牧師生於中國大陸，畢業於中國科學院，曾在美國政府工作多年。孫牧師在2000年經歷了夢中異象而信主，並在芝加哥基督徒大會上蒙主呼召。於2015年畢業於正道福音神學院，取得道學碩士（M Div.）學位。目前，孫牧師擔任正道福音神學院芝加哥校區的區主任，並正在攻讀教牧學博士學位。

孫牧師在北美華人教會牧會多年，服事著重在聖經教導，同工團隊建造，信徒關懷，門徒訓練等多項事工。在牧會期間，孫牧師曾積極地推動教會家庭祭壇的建設，在全教會成功地推廣家庭祭壇事工。孫牧師也積極地推動神學教育，招募和鼓勵教會同工積極地進行神學裝備，並與神學院合作，在教會開設了各類神學課程。孫牧師與師母育有一子。

Rev. Sun was born in P.R. China. He graduated from Chinese Academy of Sciences. He has been working at US government for many years. Rev. Sun accepted Jesus Christ as his savior in 2000 because of the miracle dream of Jesus Christ. He was called by Lord Jesus at the Chinese Christian Conference at Chicago in 2005. He graduated with his Master of Divinity degree (M Div.) from LOGOS Evangelical Seminary in 2015. Currently he served as the Director of Chicago Campus, LOGOS Evangelical Seminary. Also he is a Candidate of Doctor Ministry at LOGOS Evangelical Seminary.

Rev. Sun has been serving as a pastor at Chinese Christian church for many years. His ministry was focus on teaching Bible, preaching, building fellowships, training co-works, discipleship, caring and etc. Rev. Sun has successfully promoted Family Altar through-out the whole church. Over 200 families get involved Family Altar ministry. Rev. Sun has also promoted seminary education in the church. He recruited many seminary students and invited seminaries to open classes onside of the church. Rev. Sun and his wife have one son.
