Please work with your Manager/Supervisor to choose from your job description for most significant up to 3 duties and complete the Current Goal and Accomplishment evaluation.
You will need to set their 2021 goals like other Full-time employees.
-The rating will be prorated.
-For example, if a full-time employee receives a 3.75 rating but she was hired in April 2020, her final rating will be 3.75 x 9 / 12 = 2.81 (rounded to 1/100)
You will get reviewed by both managers. Therefore, you will need to complete two performance review forms – one for each position. HR Office will average the final rating to create the combined rating.
You will not be evaluated this time. However, please use performance review form to set your 2021 annual (around three) goals.
