Field Education is an integral component of the Seminary’s curriculum, designed to guide students in applying theological learning and faith reflection from the classroom to church and ministry contexts. Through this process, students develop ministry skills, character formation, and professional competence.

This application form is for currently enrolled students to apply for academic, student affairs, or administrative matters. Applicants are requested to complete all sections accurately and truthfully to facilitate review and subsequent processing by the Seminary.
