Payment Instruction

Doctor of Ministry (D.Min.) Program

  • The payment deadline is the same as the registration deadline.
  • If you register late, tuition payment and registration must be completed on the same day; otherwise it will be considered late payment.
  • Late payment penalty: US $25 and up.
  • If you request a refund, please fill out the “Account Credit Refund Request” form in Populi.

Master’s / Ph.D. Programs

  • The payment deadline is two weeks before the first day of class.
  • If you register late, tuition payment and registration must be completed on the same day; otherwise it will be considered late payment.
  • Late payment penalty: US $25 and up.
  • If you request a refund, please fill out the “Account Credit Refund Request” form in Populi.

Administrative Fee

For every semester in which you register for courses, an administrative fee will be charged in addition to tuition (Administration Fee: 0–5 credits: US $50; 6 or more credits: US $100).

If, for any reason, you withdraw from all of your courses, you are still responsible for the administrative fee of US $50 or US $100. The administrative fee is non-refundable.

This policy applies to all students, including full-time and part-time admitted students, auditors, alumni, and coworkers.

Please log in to your Populi account (click the Populi portal) using the User ID provided by the seminary. After logging in, follow the on-screen instructions to make a payment (Financial / Pay now Amount / Make a Payment / Electronic check or credit card).
